2005 Band Camp

Band Camp 2005 was a tremendous success for the Showband of the Carolinas. Dodging rainy weather early in the week, the camp ended on a hot note as temperatures hit the mid 90's by Friday afternoon's performance run of the Opener.

The major accomplishment of this camp was to get the entire opener - music, drill and guard work - on the field by Friday afternoon. Congratulations to all the band members for working so hard to get the opener finished!!

Pamplona - Fiesta de San Fermin looks to be a challenging and high-energy show for the 2005 East Lincoln band. Judging by the amount of sweat (and sometimes tears) that flowed all week, the band members are definitely ready to "run with the bulls"!

Mr. Stamey and the entire staff were very satisfied with the effort given all week long by the band and are eagerly anticipating getting the next 2 movements on the field (practice that music at home band members, and maybe practice some marching too!).
